Leave the work to us!

Do you love doing healing work but don't have the time or expertise to manage a website and scheduling and marketing?  We've got you covered!

Are you a practitioner with no place to practice?  We've got that!

Do you have classes to teach but no venue?  Yes, we have that too!

Do you wish to expand your current services to include live online streaming and recorded resale of your classes?  We do that too!

We offer subscription programs which may include the following benefits:

  • Use of the Practitioner Room(s), Meeting Room, and Event Room at discounted rates.  View our rooms here

  • Keys to the building and to our suite so that you can work the office hours you choose.

  • A presence on our website to advertise your services.  You'll appear on Our Team page and you'll have your own page.  Check out some of our subscribers' pages:  Bonnie Fitch, Sean Phillips, Paul DiFranco.

  • Online appointment and class scheduling for your clients using our Acuity Scheduling software.  We do all of the setup and then give you a login so that you can manage your calendar and appointments.  (We also give you training, if needed.)

  • Permission to display brochures and business cards on our literature table to give you exposure to everyone visiting the center.

  • Inclusion in our marketing.  You'll appear in our brochure and online media. 

  • Rotating booth space at the bimonthly Westlake Harmonic Journeys fair and the annual Holistic Health and Healing Expo in North Olmsted.

  • An association with a great and talented group of people!

Subscription Fee and Rental Rates

  • Subscription Fee:  $60-$120/month depending on your plan and options.
     

  • Rental Rates:​  (Event Room and Center Rental have a 2 hour minimum.)

Optional.  If you haven't spoken with our staff, we highly recommend that you contact Rian Dean before proceeding.  He will explain our plans in detail and answer your questions.

Choose between our Gold Plan or our Silver Plan.  Click on the button for the plan that you've chosen and fill out the information.

Fill out the subscriber profile form by clicking the button below.  This information is used to set up your web page and services.  We also use this for marketing materials so don't be shy.  Tell us how great you are and include your best picture!  If you want some ideas, visit our Services Page and check out our practitioners.

This step is for us!  Our web master will work her magic to add you and your services to our website and marketing materials.  She will work with you to get your page just right!

Once you've approved your web page, we'll hold an orientation and training, just for you!
