One of your newest affiliates is doing her yoga teacher training. To support her through these processes we will be hosting a number of complimentary yoga classes. There is no monetary cost participants need only to fill out an evaluation form.
The first class is Saturday 1/11/2020 at 11:00 am. Because we are building our inventory of yoga supplies and props this first-class limited to just 5 participants. We do have plenty of mats. What we do not have are the blocks, belts/straps and body bolsters. If you happen to have your own props (besides mats) we may be able to accommodate you.

This is a free beginner yin yoga class with Adriana who is in her yoga teacher training program.
Essential oils will be used in resting poses to allow for more relaxation.
In yin yoga, we target the deep connective tissues of the body - the ligaments, joints, bones, and deep fascia networks. A Yin class usually consists of a series of passive floor poses held for 3-5 minutes or more, that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. It is not a vigorous practice of movement. However, many individuals who are tight can expect more intense sensations.
